Cape Town - Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in a deal to bring Wales forward Gareth Bale back to the London club, provided the price is right.
Bale left Spurs for Real Madrid in 2013 for a then world-record fee of Pound 89.2million but his time in Spain hasn't gone smoothly.
He may have won the Champions League on four occasions but doesn't now appear to fit into the plans of boss Zinedine Zidane.
A return to Tottenham has been heavily reported and Spanish publication Marca is the latest to suggest that a deal could be on the cards.
The report states they are happy to stump up between Pound 45 million and Pound 54 million to get a deal over the line although it may prove difficult to agree on personal terms.
Bale's reported Pound 600 000-a-week wages are likely to be a stumbling block in negotiations, with Spurs only willing to pay half of that amount.
